Another recent achievement is an AI-powered chatbot developed for UNIQA Insurance, which earned Zühlke the Microsoft Visionary Award. The chatbot uses large language models to help employees quickly access vital business information, showcasing Zühlke’s leadership in applying AI to practical challenges.
