Salary Pulse is now CompensationX
Our first version of Salary Pulse product was officially launched in July 2024.
After the first six months, over 70 tech companies in Serbia confirmed their participation and provided salary and benefits data. This resulted in a dataset of over 7,000 salary records for more than 150 roles in Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, HR, and more.
From January 2025, we are continuing our journey under the new brand:
After initial success in Serbia, we aim to launch our product in other countries in Southeast Europe during 2025. We are open to new partnerships to increase our growth and help us serve more clients faster.
In addition, we are developing new products and services to help companies benchmark, plan, and communicate salaries and benefits.
That is why we are introducing our new umbrella brand CompensationX, to support our strategic goals and further expansion.
